Units Sales/F&I Module

The Major Unit Sales/Finance and Insurance module:
  • tracks your prospects
  • records your inventory of boats, motors and trailers
  • performs payment and insurance calculations for a sold deal
  • prints the paperwork associated with a deal
  • preserves historical information about sales
With this information, you can easily to do such things as mail a letter
soliciting Extended Warranty sales to customers who failed to purchase
one with their unit.

The forms creation subsystem provides the user with the ability to design
forms programs which will print bank contracts, title applications, buyer's
orders and virtually any other form needed for a deal.

The integration is efficient - when a deal is begun, an associated rigging
work order can be created to link a customer with his chosen units.  When
this rigging work order is closed, the total of the work order is carried over
to this module as an increase in the cost of the units.

As in all of the modules, the reporting system allows for creation and
modification of custom reports to fit the user's needs.  Also, the pre-
designed reports may be modified as necessary.  Sales analysis reports,
inventory reports for shows, prospect lists - you are limited in reporting
only by your imagination.
