The Service Work Order module give you the capability of tracking your
customers boats, motors and trailers, as well as ancillary gear, the work
performed on them, and the technicians who performed the work. The
work order is priced correctly according to your own specifications, and it is
posted to the general ledger in the accounts you designed for it.
Warranties are tracked from inception to final payment, and warranty
receivables are created automatically when the work order is closed.
Use the Technician Efficiency reports to determine the hours you are billing
vs the hours you are paying for.
